We are a growing patient-centered practice that is looking for a FULL TIME, Project Manager/Trainer with our team in Coeur d'Alene, ID.


The Project Manager/Trainer provides clinic workflow support, implementation and training for providers, site managers and directors, front office and clinical support staff.  Analyzes the requirements of workflows to most effectively implement standardized processes and procedures. 



In this role, you will be:
  • Trains individuals on electronic health records, other automated systems and other critical workflows using lesson plans, web-based tools, in person training and other methods as determined necessary.
  • Writes, revises and maintains training materials customized for individual knowledge areas of the organization.
  • Supports new provider orientation with technical support from IT.
  • Provides facilitation of processes and workflows with support from any technical/quality areas (i.e.:  technical support and a facilitator of training and adoption expert.)
  • Implements standardized processes and procedures based on analysis of workflow requirements.
  • Leads change management initiatives.
  • Initiates rapid process improvement activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and one year healthcare related experience or 5 years’ experience in inpatient, ambulatory or healthcare training/support or 7 years’ experience with adult learning required.
  • One year experience in content development.
  • One year experience in project planning and support.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between Heritage Health locations.
