Under general supervision of FSS and Restored Paths clinic directors, the Front Office Manager oversees all Front Office operations in respective program.
Minimum eligibility and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; and 1-3 years of relevant work experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages daily administrative operations of the front office including establishing work priorities and helping to resolve problems related to the day-to-day operations of the program.
- General office reception duties.
- Greet/direct clients or visitors, provide positive customer service.
- Learn community and collaborating agency resources, become familiar with resource manual.
- Provide resource information to clients.
- Perform intake interviews for clients seeking services.
- Assist clients in completing new patient packets and other applications as needed.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the office.
- Stock the office with needed food and beverage items for clients.
- Maintain up to date client information including information cards, and other handout materials.
- Schedules appointments as needed for new and established patients using electronic practice management system.
- Assist with special projects such as surveys, mailings, and others as assigned.
- Answers phone calls. Take accurate messages, and delivers promptly to staff.
- Maintenance of electronic client files.
- Regular attendance at weekly staff meetings.
- Compliance with confidentiality policy as it applies to protection of clients’ rights
- Communicating with all members of the team.
- Strict adherence to Professional Code of Ethics for appropriate discipline
- Provide all services in a professional and respectful manner at all times
- Understanding and adherence to all Heritage Health Policies and Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
