The mission of Heritage Health is to deliver a healthcare experience that provides hope, inspires change and extends life for our patients and our community. We are a growing patient-centered practice who is looking for a Front Office Manager in St. Maries.

Under general supervision of FSS and Restored Paths clinic directors, the Front Office Manager oversees all Front Office operations in respective program.

Minimum eligibility and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; and 1-3 years of relevant work experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  1. Manages daily administrative operations of the front office including establishing work priorities and helping to resolve problems related to the day-to-day operations of the program.
  2. General office reception duties.
  3. Greet/direct clients or visitors, provide positive customer service.
  4. Learn community and collaborating agency resources, become familiar with resource manual.
  5. Provide resource information to clients.
  6. Perform intake interviews for clients seeking services.
  7. Assist clients in completing new patient packets and other applications as needed.
  8. Maintain order and cleanliness of the office.
  9. Stock the office with needed food and beverage items for clients.
  10. Maintain up to date client information including information cards, and other handout materials.
  11. Schedules appointments as needed for new and established patients using electronic practice management system.
  12. Assist with special projects such as surveys, mailings, and others as assigned.
  13. Answers phone calls. Take accurate messages, and delivers promptly to staff.
  14. Maintenance of electronic client files.
  15. Regular attendance at weekly staff meetings.
  16. Compliance with confidentiality policy as it applies to protection of clients’ rights
  17. Communicating with all members of the team.
  18. Strict adherence to Professional Code of Ethics for appropriate discipline
  19. Provide all services in a professional and respectful manner at all times
  20. Understanding and adherence to all Heritage Health Policies and Procedures.
  21. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
